What's the catch with $500/month?

Real answer: there isn't one, and the math works because of deliberate constraints. Specialist focus in one or two verticals at a time, a focused service shape, and direct-response accountability keep the fee honest.

If you've been priced $1,500-$3,500/month by chain agencies and you're wondering what they do that I don't: their model carries overhead mine doesn't. Different practice, different math.

Do I have to switch agencies right now?

No. The audit is free regardless of who currently manages your account. Many prospects use the audit findings to push their current agency to fix specific issues, which is fine; the useful work still got done.

If after seeing the audit you decide to switch, the handoff is straightforward: read-only access first, then proper manager-level access when you're ready.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. I can also work under a mutual NDA if you'd prefer. Account credentials, ad spend, and conversion data do not show up outside our working channel.

Anonymized findings only get published with explicit per-client opt-in and only if the anonymization is conservative enough to protect the business.

What if I don't have Google Ads conversion tracking set up?

That's one of the most common findings I see, and getting it set up is included in the service. Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, call tracking, and form tracking are the foundation everything else depends on.

If your situation is more complex, such as multiple sites, custom checkout, CRM integration, or offline conversion imports, tell me ahead of time and I'll scope honestly.

What tools and access do you need from me?

Manager-level access to your Google Ads account. Your credentials stay with you; access is granted from your side.

Editor access to Google Tag Manager if you have it, admin access to GA4 if you have it, and Google Business Profile access where profile signals affect the work.

Do you work with businesses outside HVAC and plumbing?

Today, not as the default service. The depth that makes this useful is vertical-specific. I'd rather say I'm not the right fit than half-do it.

If you run a related local-services business, tell me anyway. New verticals get prioritized by real demand.

Do you work with businesses outside Massachusetts?

The current focus is Boston's North Shore because that is where the local search patterns are deepest. I do not want to stretch the service into a metro I have not researched.

If you're elsewhere in New England and willing to be early in a new metro, I'm open to that conversation. The audit may be slower while the local dataset gets built.

How do you get paid?

Monthly invoice via Stripe or ACH. Cancel any month with 7 days' notice so the handoff can be clean if you're going elsewhere.

You pay Google directly for ad spend. My fee is management.

What does the monthly report look like?

Plain English written findings: what moved, why, what changed, and what needs attention next. No canned report pretending all accounts are the same.

Where a live dashboard is useful, the dashboard becomes a visibility layer. The written findings still explain what matters.

What's the audit actually look like?

The evidence page shows anonymized output from real audits. What you'd receive looks like that, but with your specific business, searches, and findings.

A typical audit is organized by category and priority. Each finding has a headline, detail explanation, evidence, and recommended fix.

How do I know your findings are accurate?

Every finding has reproducible evidence: searches, timestamps, captured results, and the specific pattern that triggered the finding.

The methodology is published in detail on this site, so you can spot-check the logic instead of taking a vague agency claim on faith.

What's the catch with the free audit?

There isn't one. If the audit surfaces value and you decide to hire me, great. If it doesn't, you keep the report and we move on.

Worst case for me: you get a useful audit and implement the fixes yourself. That's still a small win for the kind of practice this is.
